In-person services
PHASE I
Based in Vancouver, I offer in-person services locally and virtual design services for clients worldwide, with optional in-person consultations and on-site work for international projects. After our Discovery Call, you'll receive a tailored proposal based on our meeting to ensure you are offered the perfect service.
Pricing for in-person services vary for each project. Turnkey services and hourly rates will be provided to you in your tailored proposal.
CONSULTATION & INTAKE
We’ll start with a conversation to understand your needs, style, and goals for your home. Site measurements, photos, and any relevant information about the space are gathered. We also discuss your desired timeline and your estimated budget.
CONCEPT, PLAN & DESIGN
This step analyses options through sketches and 2D plans which include layouts, colour palettes, materials and curated design concepts. Together, we refine the details to create a cohesive plan tailored to your style and needs. A presentation is delivered for your feedback and approval.
PHASE II
DEVELOPMENT + SOURCING
2D plans and elevations are developed alongside a 3D model to visualize your space. Furniture and materials are sourced for your approval, with samples ordered if needed. Once approved, orders are placed.
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
Once the design is approved, technical plans, elevations and details are drawn and delivered to you and your trades.
PHASE III
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & INSTALLATION
I can help coordinate all the moving parts of the design implementation process. If you need assistance finding trusted tradespeople, I can also assist with that. I’ll be on-site to ensure every step is followed according to the design and that your project stays on schedule.
IMPLEMENTATION
Throughout and after the installation, I’ll ensure the design is fully realized and that you are completely satisfied with the final results.
